10. Form, expenses and shipping time Vigoser sends orders to its customers through different express transport companies of recognized national and international prestige. The delivery date at the customer’s home depends on the availability of the chosen product and the shipping area. The indicative transport times are between 24 and 48h. Vigoser is oblivious to the extraordinary incidents that the carrier may suffer that may influence the delivery of the goods.
11. Buyer’s rights and returns policy Vigoser guarantees its customers the possibility to cancel their order at any time and at no cost provided that the cancellation is communicated before the order has been made available to the carrier for shipment. The customer will have a period of ten days from the receipt of the order to terminate the contract and make the return of the purchased product. The client will inform Vigoser within the stipulated period and by any means admitted in law, his desire to exercise the right of termination of the contract. The returned order must be delivered along with the delivery note and, where appropriate, invoice issued to Vigoser, with the customer with the return costs. The customer may return any item that he has purchased from Vigoser as long as the products have not been opened or used and retain their original seal or packaging. In these cases, Vigoser will refund the purchase money through a credit card credit memo, by bank transfer to the account indicated by the customer or by credit to your personal account. If a product other than the one requested by the customer is delivered by mistake from Vigoser, it will be removed and the correct product will be delivered to the buyer at no additional charge to the buyer. The provisions of this section are without prejudice to the legal rights that correspond to the consumer in respect of guarantees. The consumer, in the case of a defective product, provided that the non-conformity is revealed within a maximum period of two months, shall be entitled to replace the product in cases where repair is not possible, and in case at no cost to him.

Customer obligations The Vigoser customer undertakes at all times to provide truthful information about the data requested in the user registration or ordering forms, and to keep them updated at all times. The client undertakes to accept all the provisions and conditions contained in these General Conditions of Contract understanding that they include the best possible service will for the type of activity that Vigoser carries out. You also agree to keep your personal access keys to our website confidential and with the utmost diligence. In case of non-compliance by the customer of this obligation, Vigoser will have no responsibility for the delay or impossibility of delivery of the order requested by the customer, and this will be deposited in the office of Tipsa that per area corresponds to him, indicating to the customer this circumstance and the possibility of being able to pick up his order by that office within the period indicated. In addition, the customer can request that he deliver his/her order to the Tipsa offices within the peninsula of his/her choice, indicating it in advance in the shipping details.
13. Security, confidentiality and data protection policy Confidentiality Vigoser guarantees security and confidentiality in all its communications with its customers. All online payment operations are performed through a secure server, based on the SSL standard, which protects data from attempts to breach by third parties. Vigoser never stores credit or debit card details: In the purchase process the customer is re-addressed to the bank’s Virtual POS for the introduction of them. The rest of the purchase process data is stored in a database designed for this purpose. Vigoser guarantees the protection and confidentiality of personal, home, payment and other data provided to us by our customers in accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, Protection of Personal Data.
DATA PROTECTION POLICY
